RCP Lucknow, one of the upcoming Polytechnic College in Eastern India,
strives for quality technical education and strong industry interface. It provides a good learning
environment to its students supported by excellent faculty and state-of-the-art infrastructure. With
a long term vision and fully aware of the changing paradigms of technical field, the Institute aims to contribute the best of the opportunities to its students. Due to technological advancement and automation in industry, it is imperative to have more technical support personnel, with hands-on practical training and relevant theoretical knowledge in the field of maintenance of Electrical, Electronics and Mechanical equipment, Construction and maintenance of buildings, apartments, highways and fly-overs, in the Civil Sector, PC servicing and maintenance in the hardware sector, construction of micro-processed based teaching models, aids and computer-aided machines. In order to augment these activities, industry is now turning towards diploma holders for big recruitment.
Personnel are the key vertebra of industrial growth at the grass root-level. Diploma education is more focused on industry and industry - institute interactive programmes to develop skill, knowledge and learning ability of a student, understanding the various functional activities across a wide spectrum and cross - section of an industry. These programmes help the diploma students to excel in today's competitive business world. Benefits to Join Diploma after 10th : |

It's absolutely fair to join diploma after 10th. Actually it is
considered equivalent to 12th by almost all government and private sectors. Wherever 12th qualification is
required, a diploma holder will always be eligible. Moreover, one can directly go for a good job after diploma.
A diploma holder in any technical grade is considered as a junior engineer. The best part is that if after
diploma you want to go for bachelor in Engineering/Technology then you will directly get admission in 2nd year
of the course. So, either you do 12th or diploma the total number of years will be equal after completing
Engineering. And when you join the degree course after diploma it will give lot of practical experience before
pursuing a Degree.
There is big difference between the students who finished Degree Engineering after +2 and Diploma in regards
to practical experience always Diploma students stay one step above.
Always remember there should be a plan of taking Engineering Degree after the completion of Diploma. No one
should stop after Diploma it won't make you complete professional. A number of students enroll themselves in a
diploma engineering course only because it allows them a transfer to the second year Bachelor of Engineering
degree course, which is why it is also referred to as the 'backdoor to degree engineering'.
So , Diploma is a better option as you will be more qualified after wards. Diploma education is more
