प्रिय आवेदक,
शैक्षणिक वर्ष २०२२-२३ के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन पोर्टल रीजनल कॉलेज ऑफ पॉलिटेक्निक (आरसीपी) में आपका स्वागत है।
- आवेदन पत्र भरने से पहले प्रवेश के लिए प्रॉस्पेक्टस और पात्रता मानदंड पढ़ें।
- ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण के लिए ईमेल आईडी और मोबाइल नंबर अनिवार्य है।
सभी पाठ्यक्रमों के लिए आवेदन केवल ऑनलाइन के माध्यम से प्रस्तुत किए जाने हैं ।
कॉलेज के पास उन आवेदनों को अस्वीकार करने का अधिकार है जो हैं
- अधूरा आवेदन फॉर्म
- गलत जानकारी
- आवश्यक दस्तावेजों में कमी
- पंजीकरण शुल्क के बिना जमा किया गया ऑनलाइन आवेदन फॉर्म ।
- गलत / अप्रासंगिक / अवैध दस्तावेजों को अपलोड करने से आवेदन की अस्वीकृति हो जाएगी।
ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र भरने और दस्तावेजों को सफलतापूर्वक अपलोड करने के बाद आवेदक को एक अद्वितीय संदर्भ संख्या (unique reference number) प्राप्त होगी। "सेव" विकल्प पर क्लिक करने के बाद ही यह जेनरेट होगा। इस विशिष्ट संदर्भ संख्या का उपयोग प्रवेश स्थिति के सत्यापन उद्देश्य को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए किया जाता है।
Applicant will receive an unique reference number after filling the online application form and uploading documents successfully. It will be generated only after when you click the “Save” option. This unique reference number is used to further verification purpose of the admission status.

Eligibility Criteria
Diploma Engg. Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility Criteria (3 Years)
Candidate must have passed 10th or equivalent system from any recognized Central/State Board with minimum aggregate marks of 35% along with Science, Maths & English as compulsory subjects.
Lateral Entry (2 Years)
Candidate must have passed 12th or equivalent system from any recognized Central/State Board with minimum aggregate marks of 35% along with Maths, Physics and English as compulsory subjects.
Or
Candidate must have passed 10th with ITI (Minimum 2 years' duration) from any institutions recognized by State Government in relevant engineering subjects with minimum aggregate marks of 60% or Intermediate Science with Vocational/Technical subjects.

B.Tech Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility Criteria (4 Years)
Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent system from any recognized Central/ State Board with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
Lateral Entry (3 Years)
Candidate must have passed 3 years Diploma in technical stream from recognized institutions Board / University.

Candidate must have passed Graduation or equivalent system in any discipline from any recognised University.
Eligibility for BCA Course (3 Years)
Candidate must have passed 10 + 2 or equivalent system from any recognized Central/State Board in any stream.
Eligibility for MCA Course (3 Years)
Candidate must have passed Graduation or equivalent system in any discipline from any recognised University.
Admission Procudure
1. कॉलेज में प्रवेश के लिए सत्र २०२०-२१ में, कॉलेज की वेब-पंजीकरण २०२०- २१ कॉलेज की वेबसाइट- www.rcpindia.in अनिवार्य है, जिसके बिना कोई उम्मीदवार प्रवेश के लिए पात्र नहीं होगा।
2.सभी उम्मीदवारों का चयन केवल मेरिट के आधार पर किया जाएगा।
3. उम्मीदवारों को मोबाइल नंबर और ई-मेल पर एक संदेश द्वारा "अनंतिम प्रवेश" "Provisional Admission" के लिए सूचित किया जाएगा ( जो पंजीकरण के समय उम्मीदवार द्वारा प्रदान किया गया )
4. जिन उम्मीदवारों ने ऑनलाइन प्रवेश लिया है, उन्हें सत्यापन के उद्देश्य के लिए एक बार अपने मूल प्रमाण पत्र लाने होंगे।
5. पंजीकरण के समय दिए गए ई-मेल आईडी और मोबाइल नंबर को मान्य और पूरे प्रवेश प्रक्रिया में उपयोग किया जाना चाहिए।
E-mail ID and Mobile Number given at the time of registration should be valid and used throughout the admission process.
6. ऑनलाइन सफल होने के बाद ही आपका आवेदन संसाधित किया जाएगा।
Your application will be processed only after payment through online is successful.
7. आपको पंजीकरण के समय दिए गए मोबाइल नंबर और ई-मेल आईडी पर एसएमएस और ई-मेल के माध्यम से एक "उपयोगकर्ता नाम" (यूजर नाम)और "पासवर्ड" प्राप्त होगा। आगे की जानकारी केवल पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर और ई-मेल आईडी पर दी जाएगी।
You will receive a "User name" and "Password" through SMS and E-mail to the registered Mobile Number and E-mail ID given at the time of registration. Further information will be communicated only to the registered Mobile Number and E-mail ID.
8. आप हमारे कॉलेज की वेबसाइट www.rcpindia.in पर और हमारे कॉलेज नोटिस बोर्ड, या लिंक के माध्यम से उपयोगकर्ता नाम और पासवर्ड का उपयोग करके अपने आवेदन की स्थिति की जांच कर सकते हैं

9.** एक बार जब आप अपना मुख्य फॉर्म जमा कर देते हैं, तो आपको संपादित करने की अनुमति नहीं होगी।

10.** उम्मीदवार ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र में दी गई जानकारी के लिए जिम्मेदार होंगे।

ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र जमा करने से पहले, आवेदकों के पास निम्नलिखित स्कैन की गई छवियां (स्कैन कॉपी) होनी चाहिए:
- हाई स्कूल और इंटरमीडिएट मार्क शीट्स
- हाई स्कूल और इंटरमीडिएट पासिंग सर्टिफिकेट
नोट: ध्यान दें,
आईटीआई छात्रों को के पास मार्क शीट्स और पासिंग सर्टिफिकेट डाक्यूमेंट्स होना आवश्यक है । - स्थानांतरण प्रमाण पत्र मूल प्रति
- पहचान प्रमाण पत्र - आधार कार्ड
- श्रेणी (जाति) प्रमाण पत्र
- आवेदक की पासपोर्ट आकार की तस्वीर JPG/JPEG प्रारूप में
- चरित्र प्रमाण पत्र
- मूल निवासी प्रमाण पत्र
- आवेदक के हस्ताक्षर JPG/JPEG प्रारूप में
- आवेदक के अभिभावक के हस्ताक्षर JPG/JPEG प्रारूप में
नोट: ध्यान दें, उपरोक्त दस्तावेजो के अलावा भी जरुरत परने पर अन्य दस्तावेजों की आवश्यकता पर सकती है|

Admission Status
1. Applicants have to pay the admission fee through Internet banking, cash deposit in bank only.
2. Admission fee will not be refunded on any account.
3. Applicants can check admission status and admission fee status through the Applicant’s Login on the College website.
4. Admission fee receipt will be updated in the Applicant’s Login 24 hours after the transaction.
