As we move into a world of increasingly pervasive automation technology, the role and scope of a technician in this discipline is being redefined. Training in Computer aided design and manufacturing, mechatronics, communications and control, robotics have become essential. Our Mechanical Engineering students are provided in-depth training in traditional manufacturing technology and workshop practice including welding, turning, metal cutting, foundry, planning, shaping and milling, as also in aspects of thermal power, fluid machines, engineering drawing. Emphasis will be laid on modern technologies including non-conventional machining and computer aided designing and manufacturing.

Electrical Engineering

The programme is to educate electrical engineers of the future who will be able to tackle issues associated with the operation, planning and management of sustainable electrical systems. They will be able to apply effectively their knowledge and skills in finding solutions for problems associated with the design, integration and development of technical solutions for modern electric power and power electronic systems. Every student also produces a group project, usually carried out with four or five other students. The group project involves the design, manufacture, assembly, and testing of project. The course will develop leadership, innovation and creative skills to enable and encourage graduates to follow successful engineering career.

Computer Sc. Engineering

Computer engineering is highly invocative branch and covers major area of software, hardware, networking, network security and languages concept. In this contemporary era, the computers are playing very vital role. The field of computer Engg. is very wide. It describes the basic needs of other Engg. Industries or fields. This field of engineering not only focuses on how computer systems themselves work, but also how they integrate into the larger picture.
Many seminars, workshops and exhibitions are arranged to enhance the day to day computer knowledge Industrial visits are arranged to enlighten the students about the latest trend in the industry. The students are trained by conducting many short term courses both in hardware and latest software.

Electronics & Comm. Engineering

Electronics aims at making the life of human beings comfortable. Communication brings them together. Life today offers many conveniences, which involve the use of electronic devices. Compared to the more established branches, electronics is newcomer in the field of engineering. Until recently, it was considered an integral part of Electrical Engineering, but due to the tremendous advancement during the last few decades, it has now gained its rightful place.The Electronics & Communication Engineering Department of the Institute is contributing its mite to the task.
To create an industrial exposure among the students, inplant training have been regularly arranged to students for 15days during their vacations. Industrial visits to various leading Electronics industries and Communication Industries have been regularly organized to students to get an industrial experience and to cope with the latest trends and technology in their field of study.

We know that getting a job is a very hard but the job can be found for the only students who are willing to struggle hard. Now the main thing is Job after Diploma Engineering Course or career after Diploma Engineering, yes! It is not easy to ride on any engineering courses; because engineering means struggles with Smartness you need to be innovative and creative. If you have such kind of thing you will get success in your life. Diploma holder can get job in Private sector and Government sector both.
Students want to go for higher study like B.Tech then they can take admission 2nd year for B.Tech courses.
